This residence was designed as a true reflection of its owner, not through visual flamboyance or stylistic trends, but through thoughtful spatial planning rooted in lifestyle, daily activity, and personal comfort. Rather than showcasing the owner's personality through aesthetic statements, the architecture mirrors how the family lives, moves, and interacts within the space.
With a desire for a clean, low-maintenance yet elegant home, the family embraced a simplified American-style facade. The result is a timeless design, simple in form, yet with quiet character and charm. White dominates the material palette, complemented by subtle grey accents, creating a calm and refined atmosphere. To infuse a warm, homely feeling, vinyl flooring was used throughout, with a distinctive pattern in the kitchen area to visually separate it from the main living zone.

The layout prioritizes function and inclusivity: a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom tailored for visiting grandparents, and two children’s bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Central to the home is an open living, dining, and kitchen area sized to comfortably serve the entire household. A small but purposeful home office supports productivity without compromising comfort.
At the ground level, a garage and side carport provide space for up to four cars, two secured within and two sheltered under a matching canopy. On the rooftop, a dedicated gym area sits beneath a canopy structure that echoes the carport design, unifying the home's architecture and completing the American-inspired look.
