Proposal Design

Located in the scenic hills of Bingin, this villa is designed to be both practical and beautiful. From the outside, it presents a clean and unified look with one strong facade, simple, bold, and timeless. But behind that single face is a flexible layout that can function as one large 6-bedroom villa or be divided into two separate 3-bedroom units. A connecting door by the pool gives guests the freedom to enjoy the space together or separately, making it ideal for different types of stays, from family holidays to group rentals.
Built on sloping land, the design takes advantage of the natural terrain. The lowest level is tucked under the main building and used for storage, laundry, and waste, keeping everyday functions out of sight and the main areas quiet and clean. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp, making it easy for guests of all ages to enter the villa. A ground-floor bedroom adds further convenience, especially for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Inside, the villa feels calm and open. The interior uses soft, natural materials like wood, stone, and textured finishes to create a warm atmosphere. Large glass doors and windows let in plenty of daylight and open onto a central courtyard, where the pool becomes the heart of the home. It’s a space that connects everything, living, dining, and bedrooms, while still feeling private and peaceful.
From the outside, the villa doesn’t try to look too big or complicated. The single facade gives it a calm, solid presence, helping it blend into the surrounding landscape. At the same time, the layers of greenery, open balconies, and natural textures give the building depth and life.

Whether you're a family looking for space, a group of friends wanting a place to stay together, or travelers who want flexibility and privacy, this villa is designed to meet different needs. Its smart layout, thoughtful materials, and relaxed atmosphere make it a comfortable and adaptable place to stay in one of Bali’s most beautiful locations.
