Design Concept

With a focus on spatial efficiency and experiential quality, the layout integrates 8 guest rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, while maintaining shared amenities such as a small lobby, service area, and communal parking space. Despite the compact footprint, the design ensures privacy, comfort, and a strong connection to the surrounding tropical landscape.

The base massing and pool layout evolve into a zig-zag building formation, allowing for staggered units that enhance natural light and cross-ventilation. This dynamic form is paired with a twist-flowing pool that curves like the letter ‘S’, encouraging movement and visual fluidity across the site.

Every transition, both architectural and experiential is intentional, harmonizing with lush greenery and promoting calm, comfort, and serenity throughout the guest house.
